BVC Eats: Frozen tropical rum slushies

Wray and Nephew Overproof Rum

Super-refreshing on a hot summer day. This is the adult version.

Serves six unless you’re really thirsty

2 cups ice cubes (or crushed ice if your blender is not very butch)
1 cup frozen papaya or pineapple chunks
1 can of coconut cream
½ cup fresh lime juice or from concentrate)
½ cup white rum
4 T granulated sugar if you’re not using frozen fruit

Throw it all in the blender. Whiz until creamy. A sprig of mint on top will not ruin it.
