The long-awaited cover for Blood Lite 2: Overbite has been released, so here’s the official announcement – it will be on sale September 28, and you can order it from Amazon here.
If you want to find out what type of story I wrote . . . buy the book! Or at the least, try your local library.
This great book is edited by Kevin J. Anderson, a fantastic writer and editor. You won’t often see the great lineup in the book, and since this is the first time I’ll be sharing a TOC with Scott Nicholson in like 10 years, well, that’s about all I have to say about that. Sometimes friendship goes beyond “mere words.”
I’ve been getting loads of contributor copies lately, which I guess isn’t helping as much as it should with my Sunday/Monday night Hoarders guilt (I watch this show because after every one, I throw things away and clean).
So I got another one, like, Monday. I’m pretty sure it had been in the office a while, but maybe not that long. Thanks to the beautiful Joanie Labackie and the other fantastic people at Galaxy Press . . . and Mr. Kevin J. Anderson who also edited this book (did I mention Kevin is even more disciplined, talented, busy and hardworking than I am? Well – he certainly is, and Rebecca too . . . sometimes it’s great to know people who are inspiring on a daily basis) – I received my copy of L. Ron Hubbard Presents: Writers of the Future, the First 25 Years, a gorgeous commemorative of the silver anniversary of the premiere new author contest in science fiction and fantasy. Did I mention I was 1998? Oh. Yeah. Plus you get a Bonus Ron “Needs More Lines” Collins and EXTRA BONUS GRAND CHAMP SCOTT NICHOLSON. Me? I just got lifelong friends.
