72-hour film competition

I am one tired puppy. Just finished the script for the 72-hour film compeition. The idea is you start from scratch and end up with a 5-minute film three days later. The competition gives you a list that has to be included in your movie (to be sure you don’t arrive with a script or a finished movie instead of doing the competition).

We got the requirements at 7:00 Thursday evening; producer Kat Ogden and talent Megan Lindholm and I hashed it out till about midnight; I repaired to my sister’s RV (borrowed for support on the shoot). It’s 3:15 a.m. my time (PDT) and I just finished the first draft. Pretty pleased with it. We shall see if it looks any good in the morning.

Sleep now.

I blog here every Sunday. This is a drive-by post.
