BVC Welcomes Alma Alexander

alma_alexander2Please join Book View Café in welcoming new member Alma Alexander.

Alexander-AbductiCon_133x200Alma Alexander is a novelist, anthologist and short story writer who currently shares her life between the Pacific Northwest of the USA (where she lives with her husband and two cats) and the wonderful fantasy worlds of her own imagination. Born in a country which no longer exists on the maps, she has lived and worked in seven countries on four continents (and in cyberspace!), and the story of her life so far has included climbing mountains, diving in coral reefs, flying small planes, swimming with dolphins, touching two-thousand-year-old tiles in a gate out of Babylon.

Alma’s first book with BVC is AbductiCon, a romp through a science fiction convention like no other. Check it out!

    Welcome, Alma!

  3. And she has -beautiful- socks! Somewhere back in this blog, Alma, is the posts about the Hwaet socks!

    • Oh, the socks had an OUTING this weekend! I wore them to Amy THompson’s place and then the Rainforest Retreat and they were looked upon with much envy and appreciation by those assembled! (They know who made them, too 🙂 )

  4. Thanks all. Just back from a week away from home and everything’s in catch-up mode right now but back soon with a proper settling in – interview pending, etc…so watch this space…
